Close to 30 years we have been teaching the martial arts in the Worcester County & Wachusett Regional School District. We have many students from Holden, Princeton, Rutland, Sterling, Paxton, Worcester, Boylston, Clinton, Shrewsbury, Leominster, Lancaster, Northborough and West Boylston. 

      Students range in age from 4 yrs. and up. We have great adult programs both day and evenings. We offer top quality programs in Kempo, Karate, Jujitsu, Combat JuJitsu and Aerobic KickBoxing.  We have a great class schedule and a friendly helpful staff.
